In collaboration with Geilo Trail Run, we invite participants and supporters to Vestlia Resort for a great dining experience.

Friday – Pasta Party & Carb Loading Prepare for race day with our Friday night pasta buffet. This is the perfect social start to the weekend, focused on fueling up for the mountains.

Saturday – 3-Course Celebration Dinner Celebrate your achievement with a well-deserved 3-course dinner in the restaurant. Whether you set a personal record or completed your first trail run, join us to mark the occasion. NB: Dinner is included if you stay at Vestlia Resort during the weekend.

Transportation

There are many great options for getting to the start area of Geilo Trail Run. You can easily reach it by car, bus, plane, or boat from all directions -south, north, west, and east.

  • About 3.5 hours from Bergen

  • About 6 hours from Stavanger

  • About 3 hours from Drammen

  • About 3,5 hours from Hamar

  • About 3 hours from Sogndal

Train: You can reach Geilo in short time by train from both west and east. LINK

  • Vestlia Resort is under 2 kilometers away from Geilo Station.
