Below you will find updated GPX files for all the routes as soon as they are ready.
Important information about GPS equipment:
Mandatory for Ultra participants: A GPS device (we recommend a GPS watch) with the uploaded GPX file is a strict requirement.
Recommended for everyone else: We strongly recommend that all participants use this. Having the GPX file on your watch makes it easier, faster, and safer to navigate during a mountain race.
How to upload the GPX file to your watch
Not sure how to get the file onto your watch? Follow these simple steps (works for most, but not all watches):
Download: Save the GPX file to your phone.
Import the file: Open your watch's app and tap "Import route", "Import GPX", or similar.
Tip: If you are unable to import the file directly via the app, you can go to "Downloads" on your phone, select the file there, and tap "Open in" to send it to your watch app.
Save the route: Save the route you just imported within the watch app.
Sync: Synchronize your watch with the app so that the route is transferred and appears on the watch itself.
On race day: When you start your watch at the starting line, remember to select the "Navigate" function (or equivalent) to activate the route navigation itself.
If you are struggling to import the file:
Polar users: Direct app import is not supported. Log into the Polar Flow web platform in a browser, go to your Favorites, and upload the GPX file there before syncing your watch.
Apple Watch / Wear OS: These watches rely on third-party apps for navigation (like WorkOutDoors, Komoot, or Strava). Open the GPX file on your phone and choose to import it into your preferred navigation app.

NB: Remember that a GPX file will always be slightly imprecise. If the GPX route deviates from the trail/road or the course markings, the physical markings always take precedence and must be followed.
